Standalone blindfold/vision effect?

I'm currently trying to put together a mod list to roleplay a blind OC of mine. I've been searching high and low for any mod that will let me sufficiently blur my character's vision, but come up empty. The closest I can find is I think devious devices, but there's a ton of requirements for that one and the only thing I want out of it is the blindfold.

Is there any kind of standalone blindfold mod that y'all know of? Any help would really be appreciated, thanks!
