Yes, patches break mods.

 

Gotta wait for the mod makers to fix what the patches broke. So if you see the game get updated, assume that you wont be able to play with mods for a few days. Hopefully less than that, but unfortunately, could be more depending on how busy the mod maker is IRL.

 

Just have patience and it'll get fixed.

 I have a question, do i need to redownload all my animations too or just my WW?

To add to the answer Andrew gave: Script mods are usually the only ones that break. So mods that end in ".ts4script", like Wicked Whims, Nisa's, MCCC, Basemental Drugs, etc.

 

Mods that end in ".package" are usually fine. Occasionally they'll break, but the vast majority of the time, they don't need updating unless the author adds new stuff or changes something.
