I guess when it's 00:01 in the same region either Ashal is or (which is more likely) the website is hosted.

But you probably already knew that, right?

Well that is what I thought, but its already pasted 00:01 where the server is.

Where is it located, by the way? And maybe it really is derterminded by Ashal's time then. Or, which also would be likely, it is determinded by your own timezone.

Last I knew the site was hosted in the US, but its pasted midnight for the entire US.

Me too, I think I didn't reach the quota, not at all, still I can't give "likes". This day quota is annoying.

 

edit: I can now, probably I was wrong; still the daily quota is annoying.
