What To Do With This Build?

Hello folks,

 

I'm hoping to get some feedback/ideas for a community lot I've built in my Newcrest Gay Village that I'm not really sure what to use it for.  As you'll see from the images it's a pretty sizable Art Deco style build (in the Newcrest Gay Village Llama Lagoon is also known as the "Deco District"), that I had originally though of as a Museum and/or Art Centre, however neither are lot types that my Sims ever really go to so I'm wondering what else I could do with it.  My plan had been to use just the ground and first floor and leave the upper two empty, though they would be easy enough to make accessible (providing even more space to use).

 

I'm not wanting to duplicate any of the lot types I already have so I'm looking to avoid a Pool, Cafe, Restaurant, Nightclub, Stable, Lounge, and Park (especially the last two as they are already in Llama Lagoon).
