bound victims are resetting to kneeling pose (SL Defeat/Baka Defeat)

i've been encountering a problem with SL Defeat (and the Baka revised/remade version has the same problem).  i started using succubus heart, and noticed that when my pc orgasms when raping a victim that's bound, i.e. kneeling with hands behind their back, they reset to the kneeling pose rather than animating as you would expect.  this seems to be connected with items being added into the victim's inventory, as toggling off the 'add sperm' option means this no longer happens. testing it with an additem command also seems to trigger this behaviour. has anyone else had this issue and knows of a fix? i've tried:

 

- running and re-running FNIS;

- reinstalling defeat, ZAZ, succubus heart;

- switching from defeat SSE to the baka version;

- starting a new game;

- disabling ZAZ and anything it was hard dependent on

 

all without success.
