You have 4 different bodies installed: Sevenbase, UNP, CBBE with 3BA and something called vanilla body with unp textures. I suggest you only use CBBE + 3BA. It has the best compatibility and the most support for armor mods.

 

You also don't need Schlongs of Skyrim and The new gentleman installed together. Pick one for the penis. The new gentleman is a more up to date version of Schlongs of Skyrim and is meant to replace it.... eventually.
