Game CTD when try to loading newest saves

When I was playing in Clockwork, the game crashed. After that I can't load any save in Clockwork. Those earlier saves works normally for now, but they are at least 50hours earlier. So can somebody help me to figure out whitch mod cause this crash? Thanks in advance.

The callstack was unwound incorrectly. Switch to a more competent crash logger.

 

Your issue most likely has something to do with po3_SpellPerkItemDistributor.dll.

So the new crash logger gives me this two files, can you help me again to check it?

And if I disable Spell Perk Item Distributor, it still crashed.

What are these two mods? I download the whole mod pack from other website but don't know all those mods.
