Anyone Know/ Wishes for a Mod Where, as a King, Duke, Count or Emperor They Could Just do Whatever They Want?

To elaborate, like as a count or something, you could ride out with your knights or maa and just terrorise one of your own baronies just for fun? Take villagers money, say 50 gold. Force a pretty girl from the village or the daughter of the mayor to be one of your slave concubines or if you're playing with Deviant's Mask, a dancer, in exchange for becoming rivals with your mayor and a bit of dread. And you could execute anyone who gets in your way but making you lose popular opinion and control, and if you don't its only a chance you get that money or concubine.

 

I know mods like Wicked Debauchery (but at the moment its still being updated  ), Jus Prema Noctis and DWToska add similar things, and maybe I'm a bit of a freak or weirdo for this but man why can't I just go buck wild and be the evil count I've always wanted to be.
