Any NSFW sex multiplayer games?

I've tried Achat and Lovecraft.

 

Lovecraft is so expensive it should be illegal and Achat is very old.

Looking forward for the new 3dx chat to come out.

 

Any other suggestions?

Conan Exiles.  The game has full nudity baked in, and is built using UE4 which allows for a wealth of NSFW mods.  When I stopped playing, it was harder to find a private server that was not basically just a ehumping playground than those that were.  You would have to join a private server, but they're free and if you don't like the atmosphere in one, you can always find another.  There's a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to managing your mods and modlist to ensure compatibility with the server's modlist, but it takes no time at all to get accustomed to it, and all the NSFW mods are available through the steam workshop.

3dxMeredian, It's basically the same game engine/graphics as 3dxChat, but it's entirely free to play and being constantly updated with new clothing, accessories, and even furniture and pose animations that the official server just won't ever get

yeah, seriously. you might think this is a joke, but these days it seems like most of the servers with an actual population are marked 18+ and at least some of them have proper, extensive sex mechanics built in. its actually kind of impressive what people can put into that game.
