How to make it more difficult to have sexual relations in the game ?

Hello, for roleplay reasons, I'm trying to make it more difficult to have sexual relations in the game.
 

I have already:

• Increased the difficulty to raise the romance progress bar in MCCC.
• Modified the "Always have sex" option in Sex Setting > Cheat so that Sims don't always accept.
• Changed my Sims' attractiveness preferences to be random/heavy strength (opinionated).

What else can I do to ensure they don't accept with just a few friendship points?

There are 'eternally faithful' and 'shy' traits which can be added.
