It's a escape dungeon kinda mod. You can interact with the devices in the dungeon and get trapped. Then you have to struggle to get free. I'm not the best with explanations, please view the video and say if you know which mod this is.

At the two minute and fifty eight second mark, the uploader uses the command console to open a cage door, which says the door is from deviously cursed loot. I guess the location is the The Whip and Chain Inn in Riverwood, I stopped using DCL years ago, which is why I say I guess.
