Is there a way to turn a photo into a sim with a software or something?

I’m really into sims 4 as of recently I’ve been trying to recreate a sim of both me and my boyfriend but I’ve just about given up on making one of myself it just never works out so I was curious if there’s any software or mod or something that can do it for me?

I'm very sure such a program doesn't and likely won't ever exist anytime soon. That's more complicated than any of the mods we have. If one did exist and functioned well (and could somehow utilize CC), the entire Sims community, both in and out of LL, would be all over it. 

 

It would be much simpler to either improve at Sim creation or to ask someone to make the Sim for you. Of course, however, the latter option would require a picture of you and that's obviously and understandably an undesirable option for many people.
