An easier way to initiate sex with dragons?

I have all the perquisites installed, Billy's animations, More Nasty Critters, Sexual dragons etc etc. And I have succeeded.

However, the only way to initiate sex is through the Bend will shout which I don't mind but I wish there was an easier way for early game and not requiring to go through DLC, I don't wanna use console commands to cheat and give it to myself.

I have Sex lab submit installed, enabled beastiality targets to "2" meaning all humanoid and non-humanoid creatures including dragons but it still says dragons as "target automatically resists invalid target" whenever I try to use the submit key on them.

Also have matchmaker installed but "the spell simply fizzles out"  the dragon remains unaffected

 

What am I doing wrong?
