dragon360 Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 I have a bunch of sexlab and funnybiz animations installed. I have both nemesis and FNIS installed. I use FNIS only for creature animations and nemesis for everything else. The issue is that the animations will start up and the actors will do a cycle of trying to start the animation then returning to a default state before the animation actually played and it would only do one fingering animation. After I got some more mods I wanted, now the actors get stuck inside of each other. A quick google search told me I should just run FNIS so i did that, but now the player is t-posing. Is there a way I can delete all the animation files and start fresh? All my mods work (i think) there is no issues with them. (I use MO2 and loot.) I have 152 mods installed and about 19,500 animations. I know when used FNIS and Nemesis together it can mess stuff up because both will dupilcate the same animations which cause either t-posing or extremely slow animation start times. For the record, should I use nemesis or FNIS?
adoiad Posted October 15, 2024 Posted October 15, 2024 Idk about others set ups but I have been using FNIS with nemesis for a long time now. I just run FNIS whenever I add animations and then I run nemesis after. A sexlab scene starting but canceling before playing sounds like what happens when a scene starts with a tag that doesn't have a registered animation with it. Have you checked that all your animations are registered in SLAL, not enabled, registered?
Kastagir Posted October 16, 2024 Posted October 16, 2024 (edited) Most SLAL packs for classic Skyrim/LE list FNIS in their description/first post/FAQ. That should be your first clue - that means it's 99% likely they've never tested whether their packs work using Nemesis. If you're using SE/AE then you should post in the tech support forum for that game version. If you're using LE and since you're asking which to use, try using just FNIS to see if that works.
