SexLab Framework SE Stats Manipulator or a Way to Edit Sex Diary?

I don't use SexLab Defeat and whatnot to get my character tagged as a Victim etc., I figured that I would need SexLab Stats Manipulator so that I can edit the SexLab Diary victim counts. But at the same time I'm thinking if I install something like that mid-save it tends to break my save, so I would appreciate it if any of you knew any alternative like I'm really hoping of editing the Sex Diary using a notepad, sublime text, or anything but at least not having the need to instal .esps mid-save.
