g5788855@trbvm.com Posted October 14, 2024 Posted October 14, 2024 View File Latex Space Elfs Coming back to Stellaris after a few months and finding all my old mods broken by the patches I took some heavy inspiration from sahven1122 and some tracing paper to his work for my own perverted tastes. (Thanks a lot for your effort mate). Â Excursively female elfs in latex fetish uniforms. Have fun in space. ~170 portraits all in all color coded for your convenience. Â If I messed up anything please let me know. I'll try and fix it in time. Submitter g5788855@trbvm.com Submitted 10/15/2024 Category Stellaris Requirements 1
Woitek Posted October 18, 2024 Posted October 18, 2024 (edited) Missing .mod file UPD. Forgot to update that missing modname.mod file isn't really an issue - it can easily be created by user. Mod works, in a few days of playtime haven't encountered any errors. Thank you for the mod Edited October 22, 2024 by Woitek
g5788855@trbvm.com Posted October 18, 2024 Author Posted October 18, 2024 I just checked it's in the zip file. Depending on you mod manager you might need to arrange it.
necrontyr525 Posted October 19, 2024 Posted October 19, 2024 can confirm Woitek's issue. .zip includes common folder, gfx folder , and descriptor.mod, but NOT LatexSapceElf.mod or similar file. It's also not showing up in the paradox launcher to be added to the playset (aka modlist).
Woitek Posted October 22, 2024 Posted October 22, 2024 (edited) Workaround for those who need it: - Copy descriptor and rename it as mod folder - Open renamed descriptor with any suitable text editor (for example - Notepad++) - Add new line: path="add here full path to your mod folder" (Example - path="C:/Users/Username/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod/Latex Space Elf") - Place that file in "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Stellaris/mod" - Profit Edited October 22, 2024 by Woitek 2
necrontyr525 Posted October 24, 2024 Posted October 24, 2024 testing this now, also going to pop open a known good .mod file to see if the filepath can be wildcarded (i have an unusual steam installation, games do not live on C/)
necrontyr525 Posted October 24, 2024 Posted October 24, 2024 confirmed working, I used the stable Elves .mod file as a template.
g5788855@trbvm.com Posted October 25, 2024 Author Posted October 25, 2024 Thank you Woitek for the detailed description. I didn't really get what you'r problem was from your fist short description. Should be fixed for everybody now.
