REQUEST Skyrim dueling mod

I'm wondering if there is a mod for dueling opponents that either links up with or overhauls the vanilla dueling system so the loser gets fucked. 

 

I don't know much about the vanilla dueling system but I know you can duel Uthgerd the Unbroken fairly early in the game to get her as a follower.

 

I know Oblivion has a dueling mod that allows for both weapons and hand to hand by just talking to any NPC. But I have not seen one for skyrim
