Can't access strip club lot

So I set up the strip club and it was unfinished. Closed the game for the night came back the next day and I can not go to the strip club lot. I get stuck on the loading screen, I have tried just waiting but the game just wont load. You can hear the sound the game makes when you have loaded in but again still stuck on the loading screen. I had left a sim there when I had saved and could not access that sim either. Thankfully my sim came home after some time.

 

Wondering if maybe there are other whickedwhims mods that I am using that are maybe getting in the way? I was tempted to sell the club and start again but I don't even have that option in my phone.
