can't access any mods from arca.live anymore, every mod just  gets the "Unavailable For Legal Reasons" message. Any way to get past that without using a VPN?

Nope, needs a VPN on desktop, but you can browse it on their App, provided you manage to make an account, and then use the app to get the links to download on PC, to avoid browsing it at a crawling pace with a VPN.

But even then, you'll more than likely need an account anyways, because their native Nahida.Live requires an account with a receipt that you're an active participating member of that arca.live sub.

I had an account for a long time and it has a lot of points. I just can't access anything, it's weird they have a message saying they welcome "foreigners" to download while blocking us.
