Exact same issue with every mod I try, same with launchers. I just downloaded ZZZ and tried to add some mods for the first time, does this have something to do with a recent patch or am I just retarded and can't figure out a common fix?

Every time there is an update, most of the mod will break.  You have to wait for the fix.

I have this bug with every agent, even with agents that don't have a mod, maybe the reason is in d3dx or shadersfixes
