I have 3 here, you can test all and see which one you like most.
Just rename the folders and add/remove the DISABLED at the start (make sure only 1 is enabled) and reload with F10 in game

I feel like it's pretty close to the effect I want

But there's still something... called a texture issue?

Idk the ideal frame rate I just go either 30 fps or 60 n see which one looks more pleasing

I tried using this mod but Lucy's skin is bugging for some reason. I'm new to modding so I have no idea how to fix it.

I tried checking the .ini files and comparing the hashes to other mod that was working properly but they were the same.

Also tried removing all the mods and having only this one installed, but it's still bugging. 

Appreciate some help
