The consensus seems to be that taking assets for a paid skin and making them free could draw the ire of Hoyo towards the modding community, so modders avoid it like the plague. Usually I would understand wanting to find a work around, but if there is anything in ZZZ that is reasonably priced, it would be there outfits. Go to Lootbar and buy a $15 monochrome pack for $11.44. Its 610 more monochrome than you need to purchase the skin.
