Game crashes after opening Perk Tree

So, i decided to reinstall Fallout 4 after a couple months of playing Fallout: London. I made sure to uninstall Fallout 4 and Reinstall it. I also re-downgraded the game and Reinstalled Buffout. However, i have now run into a new issue, when i open the perk tree, the game instantly crashes without fail. I have no clue what is causing this issue, any help is appreciated and thanks in advance!

Might be prkf.dll problem. I had same problem when I uninstalled FOLondon - prkf.dll stayed in game files. I deleted it and everything was fine. I'm nor sure about your situation if it's safe to remove prkf.dll on existing London mod.

Uninstall Buffout.  It's already in FOLON.  I've been advised it'll cause unpredictable errors if you have it installed.

This was the issue! I deleted the file and the perk tree works fine now. Thank yall so much!

Where did you find this dll? I also have the issue

Somewhere in the Program files, i dont exactly remember, but if you search for prfk.dll in the files it should show up.
 

If you use steam it should be here somewhere: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4

Is the perk tree standalone? Because I deleted it through my MO2 (I don't usual manual). It no longer crashes, but the perks do not appear only coding.

If you are using MO2, i dont think i can really help you that much. I personally use Vortex (ik its not the best) but i have to go into the files often. Outside of what i already have said i dont think i can help that much
