adding more jiggle to existing mod

 I found my dream mod, its "unzipped vault 111 out fit (replacer)"

Its got swaying booby physics.

How do I make them sway more, ridiculously more?

I cannot find anything other than adding some mod with jiggle physics,  but no one has said how to adjust this one part of an existing mod. 

I moved from X-BOX to pc just to mod this game. So far it been alot of fun. 

So, can you help a guy out?
