Strip Reequip NPC's Including Weapons

The Manipulator is great for stripping/redressing NPC's with a single hotkey.

But their weapons stay equipped.

Is there a way that includes the weapon of the NPC in this manner?

If it's an easy addition I could even add this functionality, as there are source scripts.

I've never tried scripting however.

 

If anyone knows of a better mod or if it's something I can add myself, I'd appreciate any help.
