WolfAwoo_51 Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 For my modding I use MO2 and the new Pandora Engine for Animations. I had just finished installing the following animation mods: {{ ZaZAnimationPack.esm SLALAnimObjBilly.esp NibblesAnimObjects.esp AnubAnimObj.esp SLAnimLoader.esp }}. And decided to launch the game and see if everything works fine, but to my surprise when I got prompted to the character creation I noticed that my character was T-posing (I use Realm of Lorkhan, only for my female mod profile). I tried to move the animation mods further into the order but still T-posing, I even created anims via Pandora a few times and still nothing. So, I decided to switch to my MO2 Male MO2 modded profile (NFSW mods there are disabled) and NPC's and everything works perfectly fine. I'm sure that the problem comes from one of more of the LoversLab animation mods or simply a load order error, I'm not sure but, if anyone can help please I would much appreciate it. FNIS ("Fores New Idles in Skyrim" in full) and Nemesis are programs that enable you to use custom animations at all, with FNIS being the more widely used one. Without them, you will get exactly the T-Posing you described. These are external programs, you need to run once, before launching the game. Generally it's best to use either one or the other, as far as I'm aware. And since you also use animation packs specifically made for SLAL (SexLab Animation Loader) you'll also want that one. Here you won't get any errors if you don't use it, but the animations in a SLAL pack also won't show up in-game, until you registered them with SLAL. This one you run via an MCM once you started a playthrough or loaded into an existing game. And I'm pretty sure you also need a custom skeleton for at least some of the animations you use, with the most common one being XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended or XPMSE for short. But I don't see any hint of it taking over the functionality of SLAL, so you'll still need the SLAnimLoader. I doubt that will fix the T-Posing though, but since you'll need it either way, you won't lose anything by getting that. Edit: I only just now noticed that you're using FlowerGirls, rather than SexLab, so using SLAL is probably not an option. The problem is, that the animations you listed in bold letters at the top, were all made for SexLab and SLAL, not FlowerGirls. Since I never tried FlowerGirls myself, I don't know for certain that they are incompatible, but it's probably worth looking into. Edited October 2, 2024 by NoNickNeeded

I just want to fix the T-posing problem

Pandora, in my experience, has some issues with mod "priority" I guess you could call it.I still prefer it over Nemesis, but you probably need to delete your entire Pandora output folder and re-run it. Just the output folder and files, you don't have to reinstall the whole thing.

I'm yet to try and see if ZaZ will cause and T-posing, but for now I can conclude that SLAL is causing T-posing

Neither MO2, nor Pandora complain about you installing animation packs made for LE into your SE version, so it's possible to not notice having downloaded the wrong version of the animation pack... and if that happens, it's t-posing ingame. Did you by chanace accidentally download the LE version of one of the animation packs? Either way, I have run Billy, Nibbles, Anub and FunnyBuziness with a Pandora+SexLab+SLAL setup without any issues, so those packs are not inherently incompatible with Pandor. I have not run ZaZ, so can't say anything about it. I don't think so, I usually look at the upload date of the mod and the title. But I don't mind reinstalling the animation packs to see. But for now only SLAL seems to be the cause of the issue. So the only "horny" mods that I haven't enabled are: SLAL_SE ZaZ SLAL Nibbles
