Sim wearing accessories during scenes

As the title says, my female sim wears accessories (hat, glasses, rings, watch) during sex scenes.  I've tried doing 'ww.fix_sim_nude_outfit', going through the menus for outfit settings, and even resetting the sim, but nothing's worked.  Neither one of the accessories are CC, none of the accessories she wears are part of any outfit, and I've tried using the menu to fully undress her but I don't see the option to do that anymore -just 'change into underwear' and 'change outfit'.

I'm going to guess that this is an EA issue. When I first load my save and when I first have sex, my Sims are often dressed in random crap that I never gave them in CAS. I could be wrong about that, but with every update EA breaks the game just a little bit more.

 

And EA expects to keep selling crap for The Sims 4 for at least another decade... Yeah. Ok.

I'm pretty sure that's the issue, as well. My older saves don't have this issue, but I made this household after the big update that broke 90% of people's mods so maybe that's it.
