Ostim Standalone stopped working after a full skyrim re-install, saying "no starting animation found"

I re-installed Ostim Standalone, Oromance Plus, etc, MULTIPLE times; I reran Nemesis MULTIPLE times, I reran bodyslide MULTIPLE times, and it still REFUSES to BLEEPING work, saying "no starting animation found"

 

Before the total re-install, it worked beautifully. Idk what happened, nothing changed to my adult frameworks.

 

EDIT: Curiously, the fomod's didn't trigger when I kept having to re-install the mods.

Well, somehow it started working again, but as soon as I hit the NP9 toggle, the "no starting animation" horseshit came back. Idk what to do. This wasn't happening the first time around
