after several days of woking she got a penis?

For some reason after several days of working as a stripper at my club my woman worker started flaunting a penis. I have no ideal how it got there I did nothing to her.  I checked the body selector under her whims and it show this. all I can do is select these there is no choice without a penis and they are not turned on.  When I check her CAS it shows her with out it and her Gender selection is all female.  I tried different bottom but in the stripper club it still show her having a penis.. Can someone tell me how to get it removed?

Thank for your Help djahdjah. I think you may be right and it has something to do with wicked perversion but I don't understand what you mean by "left click + maj" what is maj? If I left click on her and go to the wicked whims settings I see no WP extras. I don't know how to get to the max sex option your talking about.

Hay djahdjah I found the WP extras. I had to hold the shift key than left click and the option to Take away Dix removed it:
