Newbie question

So, one of my initial task to aspire to become an internet whore is to exchange phone numbers with 5 sims. I never get that option when talking to any of them, and am stuck at 0/5.  But obviously they we can call each other. What to do?

Your friendship level with the corresponding SIM has to be more. Frienship level increases as you continue talking with the SIM, it takes time though.

 

IF you have MC command center you can increase the friendship level any time and ask to exchange numbers

To add to this: UI Cheats Extension by Weerbesu also lets you adjust friendship and romance levels. It's a little easier with UI cheats, since you can just right click the picture in the sim's relationship panel and add or remove friendship or romance.
