Need help finding the mod who do this

Hi I have a problem I have too many mods and I don't know wich mods trigger those events, 

 

1. This mod create an event where a guard approach me and say by the order of the jarl I have to punish you Public nudity is not tolerated then the guard shave my character head and beging to whip my character.

 

2. The second I think it,s naked defeat but im not sure, I hear a whisle and then my character put her hands like she's on her way getting arrested then nothing happens.
