Lovestruck, no dates with family even with MCCC + WickedWhims

I thought I had broken mods, but it turns out that even with the settings enabled for MCCC and WickedWhims, if a sims asks a relative to have a date (or hang out) the UI for the Lovestruck Make a Date fails to load properly. If you ask a non-relative it works as intended. Anyone else noticed this issue or am I the only schmuck running into this dilemma?

It doesn't work properly for me either, especially when there are elevators nearby. When they get out of the elevator, they turn around, go back into the elevator and the date is gone. A lot of loading time for nothing.
