FTM bottom growth for WW body parts?

Does anyone know if there's any cc bottoms for masculine frames that have bottom growth/t-dick/engorged clits? I want my FTM sims to have more realistic vaginas, but I can't seem to find any that don't just look the same as cisfem counterparts. If not, consider this a request, lol.

Been looking around for the same thing, and have been using this one for a while now.
Looks real good, but the only downside I've found is they aren't rigged. Hopefully some day they will ~
