Dragon Rising not starting

As title says, dragon rising wont start after giving the Dragonstone to farengar.

to long to paste... . Probably because i did to many things wrong.

 

I followed this: https://forums.nexusmods.com/topic/578287-fix-for-bugged-dragon-rising-and-maybe-others/ , It did not work.

 

I have read that waiting might work. I have played a good amount before noticing that dragon rising never started.

I have waited 7 days in front of farengar regardless, it did not work.

If there is anything thats missing here, tell me. ill do my best to add it.

1. 300 errors about missing scripts and properties, this needs to be cleaned up before you consider any kind of serious playthrough.
2. zaddevicesunderneathscript is constantly throwing errors about a missing native function called FormHasKeywordString. You're missing a dependency. One with a dll to be precise.

Once you've dealth with these you can deal with the quest not starting. For that you'll need the following:

1. xEdit for analyzing record conflicts. The record you'd be interested in is MQ104, form id 0x2610C which is of type QUST.
2. The Quest Stages list from here.
3. getstage and setstage.
