I have not seen a mod like this, in fact Uncle Row at Canterbury Commons mentions that all the traders swing by the old circle except for Slavers, because it's a hassle to transport their wares. Since Sexout and Sexout NG do not work in Fallout 3, unless you install TTW " a Tale of Two Wastelands" which gives the advantage of running most mods on the New Vegas Gambryo Middleware instead of the Fallout 3 version, then you can run Sexout NG, which may have something like you are looking for.

I forgot to mention that I only have fo:nv so that means sexout ng works right? thx anyway...
