Exception (NEED HELP)

Went on vacation to the jungle. Sim got pregnant. Came back and male sim went to work immediately. Looking at packs out of curiosity and found the free pack. Installed it. Went back into game and went the gym with female sim. Exception error messages started. Went online and tried a few fixes. Nothing worked. Continued playing. Male sim got back home eventually and couldn't use toilet. Although, could use shower. Changed back into work clothes after shower. Tried using toilet again and it wouldn't work. Slowly realised it was because it was having problems showing male sims naked. Tried to have sex to test it out. Both sims go invisible and can't cancel sex. Removed all mods (with the intention of adding them back one by one to see which was the issue). Now game tells me 12 items cannot be used and same problems occur. Tried reinstalling sims 4 and reinstalling mods one by one. Same errors occur.

it seems to be something with the new patch, it broke that mod

Thanks for reply. Looking around I can see this is a recent problem. Good to know. I thought maybe I'd corrupted my save. Tried every fix I could find and nothing seemed to work.
