aasisstance with the window peeping enthusiast needed

while scanning throught the traits to give to my sim i came across two random traits ive never seen on any sim nor have i ever seen them in action, one is the 'manipulator' which has a description of 'you are forcing a sim to do things by using a comprimising photo' and 'sex slave' which is described 'you are being forced to do things with a comprimising picture'
naturally i thought this must be for the window peeping enthusiast trait which i THINK comes with nisas wicked perversions but ive never been able to find anything else to tell me what i can do with them.
i made a new sim specifically to do some tests to see if i can use this trait and went peeping, got a pretty decent photo of octavia moon in the buff but theres no options anywhere to actually use them apart from to sell them on the computer

does anybody know how do i use...or gain for that matter..... the manipulator and sex slave traits?

I've never seen those traits, but Window Peeping is from Wicked Whims.
