New issue from my recent reinstall and downgrade

I manually downgraded my game, but in the world there are things that are not supposed to be in SE such as Fishing maps, food with AE fish, Madness ore, etc.

I am a bit confused by all this as this was not present in my last SE that was downgraded also.

I am having some things break as well such as the mouth opening during sex with SL, if I catch it I can back up to a previous save, sometimes it works, sometimes not. I started 4 new games yesterday as a result.

I had to uninstall Faster hdt/smp as it kept stopping causing the SMP hair to not work properly.

If any of you have any ideas I would love to hear them.

 

Drive E is where I put my Games 2 tb SSD, Skyrim SE version from the game launcher, Skyrim SE info in Vortex, Steam includes Skyrim SE, Fallout 4, Mass Effect trilogy and Andromeda, Vortex, Mass Effect trilogy, and Vortex installed mods are the only things on that drive.

You probably picked a "best of both worlds" option. Kept the CC content but downgraded to 97. Don't load the CC content if you don't want it.

I assume you mean it doesn't open when it should. That as far as I know is a bug in SL. I have this in my notes (for 163 BETA 9):

 

Issues:

*  Lips do not move with moans. This is an issue in sslBaseVoice.MoveLips().

Changes:

*  sslBaseVoice.MoveLips() has been rewritten.

 

If theres some other issues with the mouth then that's probably because some other mod is applying expressions, modifiers and/or phonemes. There is no SLIF equivalent for expressions that I know of. Ideally you'd only have one thing doing facial expressions, or if you have multiple, make sure they're all aware of eachother.

I suppose it depends on what you mean by that, but SMP has been trying to get hair working since it was created back in pre-LE Skyrim. If its not hair turning into a Tamriel-sized hedgehog, it's hair getting tangled up with itself or clipping through collision shapes like the body or head. "smp reset" is what the rest of us do (I presume) use; works faster than a hair brush too so it's not all bad.

Thanks for the explanation.

I went from 1.6.1170 to 1.5.97 from the download_depot at steam, the article I used did not say whether it was to include this AE junk (my opinion) so I am a little confused by it.

That would be the "best of both worlds" option, as it (as far as I know) won't remove files, only "fix" (as in replace) files.
