Some old follower mods converted to SE

I've been searching but was not able to found either this follower mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72279 or this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52907 (I'm looking for a one with the standalone follower option called Elizabeth) converted to SE anywhere? Therefore, I would really appreciate if someone has them converted and working and could share or knows a site where the they are uploaded.

 

So Tiss and Elizabeth are the ones I'm looking for.
