[Search] what armor piece is this?

was looking through follower mods on the nexus and stumbled across one that was wearing a hood with a mask that i have never seen before. does anyone know what this is? is it a mod? or is it something from the game? (spoilered because the images are big)

if anyone knows what these are, whether they're a mod or armor in the game, please let me know. i do at least know for a fact it's not the nightingale hood, and it's definitely not a dark brotherhood hood

sorry if it's a bit late but If i remember right the mod author said that they made that armor specific for that follower and can't be found standalone
