vulva with big clitoris

i'm making transmasculine sims, and i want to create the effect of them being on testosterone without having undergone genital surgery. but every vulva mesh i can find doesn't have a prominent clitoris, and cmar's accessory penis is huge, even at minimum length---and it has testicles, which unfortunately are not a feature that can be acquired solely on via testosterone.

 

are there any vulva bottoms out there? default or non-default, m or f. i just want a sim with a big clit

I use passion and not kw, but you can change the min and max of sliders with nraas mastercontroller. I set it to like 4x for this purpose. You can even set the min/max to 4x, then change it back to normal, and as long as you don't edit the sim again the size should stay.

I have the same problem but in Sims 4! any help or tips would be greatly appreciated
