Game Breaks Once Sim Becomes Pregnant

Every time my sim becomes pregnant, the game breaks. I do believe it is related to WickedWhims since it is my only mod that affects pregnancy (only other mods are Basemental Drugs and Katie Mods, The One With All the Romance). My sims can't change their clothes, my own sims and NPC sims keep becoming invisible, infinite loading screens, unable to do anything other than things in the house but once I travel or save, game just loads. This happens whether or not I take the pregnancy test, just the exact day my sims becomes pregnant the game starts to malfunction. I attached my WW log file if anyone wants to try but not sure what the issue could be. I'm going to try removing WW and playing through the pregnancy to see if that works and will update.
