Shiny skin that reflects light, to make darker skin tones less opaque

Hello! I have been playing with TS4 with ww for a very long time, but there is somethin that I do not like about the Sims 4, and that is the skin. Skin looks very opaque, it doesn't reflect any light, and this is especially true for darker skin tones. So I was wondering if there is any way of making skin look better naturally, by affecting the 'material' which skin is made of. I remember than in Sims 3 someone made this by making skin 'metallic'. Anyways, the sweat in WW also seems to create this effect but I cannot use sweat as an overlay, unfortunately.

 

Do any of you know how to achieve what I am talking about?
