Hello,

I have a steam version of Skyrim.

I use fnis from mod organizer. If i use fnis alone, without mod organizer, fnis works.

When i want to update fnis behavior, i have this error and only with Mod organizer + fnis:

ERROR(57):File 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\temporary_logs\skeleton.hkx' already exists.

Fnis is installed here : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users\GenerateFNISforUsers.exe

There is one skeleton.hkx, but only in owerwrite repertory

All my mods are installed into : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\ModOrganizer\mods.

I think there is a problem with the "overwrite" repertory from mod organizer. But i don't know how resolve it.

Any ideas?

umm, one of the reason  to use MO is to keep your skyrim directory clean/vanilla.

the things I only keep in skyrim folder is the SKSE plugins and ENB files.

you can move whole MO folder away from skyrim folder and still works flawlessly

same with the tools, I usually put all my skyrim related tools in one folder in my desktop. works easier when updating
