Warhammer 3 modding

Hey, I don't know if that's the correct place for this topic, but how do I install warhammer 3 mods from this website and nexus mods? The mod manager from steam allos for only mods from steam (or at least I haven't found an option for other mods), and I don't really want to put mods directly into a data directory. Is there a way to have steam mods and nexus/ll mods on the same mod manager?

It allows mods from nexus and loverslab, just drop .pack files files into game folder where other .pack files located (can't specify cuz I don't have TWW3 installed as of now, maybe someone else can give you an exact path), then just run .exe launcher from Mod Manager, it will automatically pick up your game location and show all installed mods and that's pretty much it, the only thing I'm not sure is how it will handle mods from steam AND manually installed mods

Put mod files into data. Read the mod page, please.
