SevenBase issue with skeleton?

I seem to be getting a strange issue with SevenBase having the breasts on specific females seem almost "locked" in place and not move according with the rest of their body.

What's strange is this does not affect all females, but pseudo-random ones (seeing as if it's someone that is affected, they're always affected, but not other people).

 

My current mod list:

 

(last cut-off one is just unofficial skyrim patch)

 

 

And my current load order, which I've used BOSS to get:

 

 

 

Any potential advice on this fix? This happens in new saves and old saves alike, so I figure it's not save-related.

 

Edit: As an update, I have now solved this. Completely wiping and re-installing skyrim is how I fixed it, and I believe it was due to some mod being left in the game saves from NMM.

I've already installed that to attempt fixing the issue before. Moreover I don't use a skeleton for things (as far as I'm aware), but even with that mod the issue still occurs.

you have to have a Compatable Skeletor installed or else it wont work properly. Try instaling XPMS from NMM

Right, but as stated I've already installed/uninstalled that mod and the issue was there in both situations.

I had the same issue just some days ago, it happened to me because ive installed "the tbbp animation of dragonfly..." after installing 7B. Worked just fine after ive uninstalled that mod and re-installed 7B.

Unfortunately I don't have that mod. I did attempt reinstalling animation mods, to no avail.
