Mod request: shut up all the side quest and some main quest voice prompts

When you walk through the cities, guards with no filter spam you with side quests. I know, there are mods on the Nexus that keep those quests from appearing the quest log. The problem is -- I  don't want to HEAR the quest prompts. I don't even want to hear it the FIRST time. I swear, I'm probably muttering "Sargent Yumi" in my sleep over and over again. And in Neon -- there's absolutely no way to avoid guards, so you hear all their side quest prompts with awful sounding voice actors.

 

Again, I don't care if my quest log gets spammed with side quests. I don't want to HEAR the voice prompts, even the first time.

For the love of God, please don't even mention SF Civis Guards Banter Fix. That mod has NOTHING to do with what I'm talking about. I swear, I'll instablock the next person who responds with, "What about that specific mod you already told me isn't even related to the problem?"

 

In any case, those Nexus authors won't take me up on it. Lack of interest? Lack of time? The offer still stands. I'll offer $100 USD to anyone who publishes a mod that does this.
