MO2 Load order help

Hello! my Skyrim is a modded mess at the moment, with the mods I have on right now is making my rtx3060 struggle to keep 60fps in certain areas and sometimes the game crashes on load due to something as well, I want to start my list again but I want to make sure I get the load order correct so all the mods will function correctly, I just need someone to recommend some dividers in MO2 and tell me where to put them, for example a divider named Core Mods that would have mods such as SKYUI and Unofficial Skyrim Patch that would go first, next would be World Overhaul that would have stuff like Parallax textures and Water overhauls that will go second an so on, I seem to have a problem when it comes to physics too so I just need help sorting everything out, I would like to start my list again,
