Crashing after sex

After the sex animation takes place, everything works fine. but when the characters fall to the ground, and when get up, put their clothes on, the game occasionally crashes to desktop.

 

it used to happen every time, I saw this thread suggesting it was from NVSE extender, and when I installed this version(v19) by dropping it manually into:
\Fallout New Vegas\Data\NVSE\Plugins,
that seemed to at least make it work sometimes.

 

is there anything that could be causing this crash?

let me know if there's anything that can be done. I would prefer to keep have things run smoothly as they have before.

 

I'm using community edition mod organizer.

I used to have the same issue occasionally. Installing NVAC fixed it, barely any crashes since.

I am having same issue with Unethical Deeds, when you surrender alone it works, but when you surrender with companion game crushes
