That's some good ideas but I think you can go far deeper. For instance :

 

You're kidnapped by some random lewd sect. You spend a week breeding everything and you're free but with a lots a disease (lovers_pox etc). Or simply you can be the leader of this cult (Cults are something that was on CK2 but there is no thing close to that in the 3).

 

You encounter some merchants and kill them to loot them (get gold, slaves, gears).

 

You are challenge by a travelling knight. If you win, you can kill, enslave or be killed

 

You find a witch in the forest and gain some artefact or trait by drinking potion (gain trait "big_dick" from carnalitas for example)

 

etc...

 

I'm also impatient to play as a commoner once again rather than starting as a landlord.

Could play around the lone wanderer stuff. Like you could be a prostitute, gaining fame and seduceing leaders later on. In theory you can even have events such as getting raped while traveling. This should be more realistic and interactive than the "become prostitute" button we have rn. 

 

The other idea of being a moving brothel of sort is not a bad idea either. (These ideas can be combined)
